A welcoming space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their wellbeing
The Elaine Bacon Literacy Program, in collaboration with unitē Mental Health & Wellness, is excited to invite the community to the opening session of the Women’s Wellness Café — a gentle, welcoming gathering designed to support reflection, connection, and everyday wellbeing.
This session offers a calm space for women to pause, check in with themselves, and reconnect with what matters most as they begin a new year.

What to Expect
This opening session will be guided by Sabrina Loven-Gulick, LMSW from unitē Mental Health & Wellness and will include:
- Simple reflection worksheets
- Personal clarity on your current wellness balance
- Space to identify what you would like to nurture this year
- Connection with other women in a supportive environment
The session is designed to be accessible, non-clinical, and welcoming to participants from all backgrounds.

About the Program
Women’s Wellness Café is a monthly gathering hosted by the Elaine Bacon Literacy Program. The series offers gentle wellness practices, reflection, creativity, and community connection throughout the year.
