In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Wellness Café program invites women in the community to join a relaxed and inspiring afternoon of books, conversation, and cultural creativity.
Participants are encouraged to bring a book written by a woman author who has inspired them and share why the story, ideas, or message resonated with them. Through conversation, we will celebrate the voices and experiences of women writers and learn from each other’s reading journeys.
The gathering will also feature a short henna demonstration by Ridita, a Qatari henna artist, introducing the cultural tradition of henna as a form of artistic expression and celebration across many communities.
As part of the event, the first 8 registered participants will receive complimentary henna, supported by the Wellness Café program. Henna appointments can be scheduled with Ridita after the event.
This gathering is open to all women interested in books, culture, and connection.
