As always, International Neighbors is a welcoming community gathering that celebrates culture, art, food, and the outdoors. We bring together local residents, international families, newcomers, and longtime Yoopers to build friendships, practice English, and share cultures in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Everyone is welcome — adults and children, friends and newcomers alike.
🗓 We meet every Thursday, 10:00 AM – noon
📍 Portage Lake United Church, 1400 E Houghton Ave, Houghton (unless noted)
You’ll see a wonderful mix of cultural presentations, seasonal celebrations, creative activities, outdoor outings, and community gatherings throughout the winter and spring.
